Responsibilities:
- Process all reservations on behalf of clients and handle ticketing queries.
- Taking complete ownership of fulfilling clients’ immediate travel requirements.
- Selling / constructing airfares from multiple sources including published fares, ad hoc fares, inter-office, and buying from third parties.
- Calculate and quote fare based on stated client needs and assist them with problem solving and looking at alternative routes when the need arises.
- Ensuring timely reporting of documents
- Handle unforeseen problems and complaints with courtesy and understanding.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s procedure for documentation, ticketing, voids, refunds, etc.
- Queue management: Monitoring queues and working on them daily. • Nurture client relationships based on trust, dependability, and reliability.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
