1. Field Research & Data Collection
· Travel a minimum of 3 days per week to assigned locations for market research and data collection activities.
· Conduct site surveys and gather business intelligence from industrial, commercial, and project locations.
· Collect, verify, and update prospect information directly from the field.
· Ensure all collected information is accurately recorded and updated on the same day of the visit.
· Maintain high standards of data hygiene and accuracy at all times.
· Submit daily activity reports and field visit reports as per company guidelines.
2. Lead & Market Research
· Conduct market research to identify potential customers, projects, and target industries across various business verticals.
· Define and segment target audiences for marketing and sales campaigns.
· Build, maintain, and regularly update structured lead databases.
· Perform desk research to supplement field data collection and identify new business opportunities.
· Verify and enrich prospect data using online research tools and public databases.
3. CRM & Data Management
· Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer information within the CRM system.
· Ensure timely updates of all interactions, findings, and opportunities.
· Manage data quality by regularly validating and cleansing records.
· Support CRM automation initiatives and ensure smooth data flow for sales activities.
4. Inside Sales Support
· Assist the Inside Sales team by providing verified contact information and prospect intelligence.
· Identify key decision-makers and relevant stakeholders through field visits and desk research.
· Support lead qualification efforts by validating company and contact information.
· Provide timely lead lists and market insights to assist prospecting activities.
5. Customer Feedback & Opportunity Identification
· Conduct customer feedback calls when required.
· Gather insights on customer satisfaction and service experience.
· Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities and update them in the CRM system.
Travel Requirements
· Travel will constitute approximately 60% of the role, with the remaining 40% dedicated to desk research and data management activities.
· Travel requirements may vary based on business needs.
· The role may involve local travel within and around Bangalore as well as outstation travel across Karnataka and other locations in India.
· Candidates owning a two-wheeler will be preferred.
Travel Reimbursement
The company will reimburse:
· Fuel expenses for official local travel.

· Travel tickets (bus/train/flight as applicable) for approved outstation visits.
· Local conveyance expenses incurred during official site visits.

· Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets.
· Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
· Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields.
· Freshers are encouraged to apply.
· Ability to speak Kannada will be an added advantage.
· Prior experience in market research, field surveys, data collection, or lead generation will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
