Job Description
We are hiring a Receptionist / Telecaller for our Aaurum international Education and immigration office in Mohali, Punjab. We are looking for a confident, polite, and organized candidate who can handle front desk responsibilities as well as telecalling tasks. This is a full-time, in-person role, and freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Attend to clients visiting the office and guide them accordingly
- Provide basic information about immigration and visa-related services
- Maintain client records, appointments, and follow-ups
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a professional office environment
- Coordinate with the team for client inquiries and documentation updates
- Follow up with leads and potential clients over phone
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- Basic computer knowledge and phone handling skills
- Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
- Ability to manage calls, appointments, and office tasks efficiently
