We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the jewellery, retail, or e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and system architecture, coupled with proficiency in developing interactive dashboards. This role requires analytical prowess, technical expertise, and the ability to transform raw operational data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across retail, production, merchandising, and finance functions.

-
System Architecture: Design and maintain data architecture ensuring integrity, availability, and security across ERP, POS, e-commerce, and HRMS platforms.
-
Dashboard Development: Build interactive dashboards visualising KPIs — store-wise sales, inventory turnover, margin impact, wastage, and vendor output.
-
Reporting: Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly MIS plus ad-hoc analyses supporting strategic and operational decisions.
-
Collaboration: Partner with retail ops, merchandising, production, finance, and IT to capture data needs and deliver solutions.
-
Data Quality Assurance: Implement validation and cleansing processes; flag and resolve errors at source.
-
Process Automation: Automate recurring reports to cut turnaround time and manual error.
