Position: Sales Customer Care Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Sales Customer Care Executive who can handle customer inquiries, assist with sales, and provide excellent support through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Provide product information and recommend suitable products.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and quotations.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel reports.
- Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams regarding order status.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Experience in WhatsApp Business communication.
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher–3 years of experience in Customer Support or Sales.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
