Business Development Manager – Enterprise Cyber Security Sales

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Cyber Security Sales Hunter who can identify opportunities, build executive relationships, and close high-value cyber security engagements.
This is not a typical lead-generation or account management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys opening new enterprise accounts, engaging decision makers, and owning the complete sales lifecycle.
You will work directly with the leadership team and represent a fast-growing cyber security consulting and Managed Security Services (MSSP) company serving customers across India and international markets.
What You'll Sell
You will be responsible for selling enterprise cyber security solutions including:
- Managed SOC & Managed Security Services
- Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
- Red Team & Blue Team Services
- GRC & Compliance Consulting
- ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27701, ISO 42001
- SIEM, XDR, EDR, DLP & Cloud Security
- Security Assessments & Cyber Advisory Services
- Incident Response & Security Consulting
- Security Architecture & Professional Services
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive enterprise hunting.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CXOs, IT Heads, Risk Leaders, and Compliance teams.
- Understand customer business challenges and translate them into cyber security solutions.
- Lead customer meetings, solution presentations, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Work closely with technical consultants and pre-sales teams to develop winning proposals.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing customers.
- Represent the company during customer visits, conferences, partner events, and executive meetings.
Required Experience
We are looking for candidates who have:
- 5–12 years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience.
- At least 3 years selling Cyber Security, Managed Services, IT Infrastructure, Cloud Security, or Information Security solutions.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new enterprise customers.
- Experience handling long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes.
- Excellent presentation, proposal writing, negotiation, and commercial skills.
- Ability to independently manage large opportunities from initial discussion to deal closure.

- Primarily manage existing accounts without generating new business.
- Have only sold hardware, software licenses, or renewals.
- Prefer inside sales or lead qualification roles.
- Are uncomfortable meeting CXOs and conducting enterprise presentations.
- Prefer transactional sales over consultative enterprise selling.
