Role Purpose
The Architect will be responsible for architectural planning, design development, drawing coordination, and execution support at site. The role includes coordination with consultants, interior designers, project team, and contractors to ensure design intent is properly implemented across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concept design and space planning
- Develop architectural drawings and design presentations
- Prepare schematic and detailed working drawings
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
- Review shop drawings submitted by contractors
- Ensure design compliance during site execution
- Prepare layout plans, floor plans, and elevation drawings
- Develop material specifications and design details
- Coordinate interior and architectural drawings
- Prepare design BOQ in coordination with QS team
- Review and approve material samples
- Conduct site visits and resolve design issues
- Ensure implementation as per approved drawings
- Maintain drawing revision records
- Assist in project planning and design coordination
- Prepare snag list and monitor closure
- Support project team during execution stage
- Coordinate with interior designers and vendors
- Monitor façade, elevation, and finishing works
Site Responsibilities
- Site visits for design implementation
- Coordination with project manager and engineers
- Review on-site work as per drawings
- Check architectural finishes and detailing
- Coordinate interior design execution
- Monitor façade and elevation works
- Resolve site design issues
- Verify mockups and sample approvals
- Ensure finishing quality as per design intent
Required Qualification
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) / Diploma in Architect.
- COA Registration preferred
- Interior design knowledge preferred
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in relevant industries.
- Maximum 3 years working experience in one company.
- Experience in real estate / hospitality / residential projects preferred
- Experience in interior and finishing works preferred
Required Skills
- Strong design and planning skills
- Knowledge of architectural detailing
- Understanding of construction drawings
- Coordination with consultants and contractors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
- Knowledge of materials and finishes
- Good communication and presentation skills
