Job Summary
The Application Engineer will act as a technical bridge between customers, sales, and the
engineering team. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing
application-level support, configuring and deploying solutions, and ensuring smooth
implementation and post-deployment support of applications or systems.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical application
solutions.
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with technical expertise and product
demonstrations.
Configure, install, test, and deploy applications at client sites or remotely.
Provide technical training and documentation to customers and internal teams.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with software development, product, and sales teams to improve application
performance and usability.
Prepare application-related reports, manuals, and SOPs.
Assist in product customization, validation, and optimization as per client needs.
Stay updated with product updates, new technologies, and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory
requirements (if applicable).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience as an Application Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or
similar role.
Strong understanding of software applications, systems integration, and workflows.
Good knowledge of operating systems, databases, and networking basics (as applicable).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience in customer-facing or field support roles.
Knowledge of domain-specific applications (e.g., healthcare, diagnostics, manufacturing,
ERP, SaaS).
Familiarity with APIs, SQL, scripting, or automation tools.
Willingness to travel, if required.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
