We are looking for an experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee and manage all finishing activities at construction and real estate projects. The candidate will ensure that interior and exterior finishing works are completed according to project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day finishing works at the construction site.
- Monitor activities such as painting, plastering, tiling, flooring, ceiling work, carpentry, glazing, and final fittings.
- Ensure all finishing works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Inspect completed work and identify defects or corrections required.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor material usage and site cleanliness.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with site regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project management.
- Attend site meetings and communicate project updates.
- Assist in project handover and snag list clearance.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in construction or real estate finishing works.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of quality standards and safety procedures.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools).
