Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead architectural design, planning, and execution across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The role demands strong design sensibility, technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to take projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development from concept, schematic design, and GFCs to site execution
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, structural, MEP, and project teams
- Review and approve drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and design changes
- Ensure compliance with local bylaws, NBC, development control regulations, and authority approvals
- Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and cost optimization without compromising quality
- Monitor site execution to ensure adherence to design intent, timelines, and quality standards
- Mentor junior architects and manage internal design teams
- Participate in client presentations, design pitches, and project reviews
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong command over AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
- Excellent knowledge of construction details, materials, and execution practices
- Experience handling large-scale residential / commercial / mixed-use projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Qualifications
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institute
- 8–15 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to developer-side or PMC projects
- Experience with high-rise, township, retail, hospitality, or institutional projects
- Familiarity with green building norms, sustainability, and IGBC/LEED concepts
