About the Role
Interactive Coaching is looking for energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executives to promote our
coaching programs for Classes 8th, 9th, and 10th. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing
activities, visiting schools/institutes, generating student leads, and increasing admissions through direct
marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct field marketing activities to promote coaching classes for 8th, 9th, and 10th standard
students.
● Visit schools, colleges, institutes, and nearby educational areas for brand promotion and lead
generation.
● Build and maintain relationships with school authorities, students, and parents.
● Explain course details, benefits, and admission process to prospective students and parents.
● Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and other promotional materials.
● Achieve monthly admission and lead generation targets.
● Coordinate with the counseling/admission team for follow-ups and conversions.
● Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional campaigns.
● Submit daily field activity and reporting updates to management.
Eligibility Criteria
● Graduate in any stream (Marketing background preferred).
● Fresher can apply; candidates with field sales/marketing experience will be preferred.
● Good communication and convincing skills.
● Comfortable with traveling and field work.
● Basic knowledge of marketing and promotional activities.
● Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Preferred Candidate Profile
● Experience in field sales, educational marketing, or admission-related activities.
● Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage daily field visits efficiently.
● Passionate about achieving targets and building student engagement.
