This role is responsible for leading and optimizing operations for large-scale and complex network environments, with a focus on Data, DDI (Infoblox/Efficient IP), and Juniper technologies. The individual ensures operational excellence, drives continuous improvement, and empowers technical teams to meet stringent client SLAs. They champion process innovation, proactively resolve technical challenges, and maintain high standards of service delivery aligned with organizational objectives.
1. Oversee network operations using Juniper and DDI (Infoblox/Efficient IP) platforms, ensuring service reliability, availability, and adherence to client SLAs.
2. Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of advanced network data and DDI incidents, utilizing diagnostic tools and in-depth protocol analysis.
3. Drive process optimization initiatives by analyzing operational workflows and implementing best practices for Juniper and DDI environments.
4. Mentor and guide technical teams on Juniper device configurations, DDI management, and advanced networking concepts, fostering skill development and operational autonomy.
5. Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand evolving network requirements and deliver tailored solutions using Juniper and DDI technologies.
6. Implement and monitor automation scripts for DDI (Infoblox/Efficient IP) to streamline IP address management and DNS/DHCP provisioning.
7. Lead root cause analysis for major incidents, ensuring permanent fixes and documentation for knowledge sharing within the team.
8. Evaluate and introduce innovations in network management tools and DDI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and security.
1. Excellent Proficiency With Ddi Solutions, Specifically Infoblox And/Or Efficient Ip Platforms.
