Job Summary
Rita Automobiles is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Sales Executive to lead our market expansion in the Nimapada region. This role is focused on growing the presence of Atul Three-Wheelers by connecting with local entrepreneurs, dairy farmers, and rural logistics providers. You will be responsible for delivering customized mobility solutions that address the specific transport needs of the Nimapada and Charichhak commercial belts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively identify and reach out to potential customers in Nimapada town, Rench, Bhuan, and surrounding rural markets.
- Customer Consultation: Conduct on-site vehicle demonstrations to highlight performance, fuel efficiency, and the superior load-carrying capacity of Atul vehicles.
- Field Marketing: Execute "Below the Line" (BTL) activities, including roadshows, canopy setups at local haats, and meetings at agricultural cooperative societies.
- Sales Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from handling initial inquiries and test drives to booking, documentation, and vehicle delivery.
- Financing Assistance: Support customers in obtaining easy financing by collaborating with local rural banks and NBFCs to provide low-interest and low down-payment options.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate daily reports on customer interactions, site visits, and follow-ups within the "Sales Funnel" tracker.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Automotive, Microfinance, or Agri-inputs) is preferred.
- Local Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Nimapada block geography and established business networks in the local trade and agricultural sectors.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (experienced 12th-pass candidates may also be considered).
- Language: Native-level fluency in Odia.
- Traits: Persuasive negotiation skills, resilience, and a strong preference for field-based work.
- Mandatory: Must have a valid two-wheeler license and a personal vehicle for daily commuting.
