Key Responsibilities
Handle civil litigation matters before courts and tribunals
Represent clients in arbitration proceedings
Draft legal documents including pleadings, notices, agreements, and arbitration submissions
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Attend court hearings, client meetings, and arbitration sessions
Coordinate with senior counsels and clients for case strategy and updates
Ensure timely case filings and compliance with legal procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
LL.B. degree from a recognized university
Enrolled with the Bar Council
2–3 years of experience in civil litigation and/or arbitration
Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
