Masters Chess Academy is expanding our team and looking for dedicated OfflineChess Coaches to train students across different levels. Offline Coaches – preferred in Trivandrum, or anywhere in Kerala if willing to travel to Trivandrum during weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured chess lessons (offline) for students at beginner to advanced levels
- Guide students in skill development, strategy building, and tournament preparation
- Manage both individual and group sessions effectively
- Provide progress feedback and encourage student growth
Requirements:
- Strong chess background with ratings/experience (FIDE, Chess.com, Lichess)
- Prior coaching/teaching experience preferred
- Ability to handle group sessions as well as one-on-one coaching
- Good communication skills and professional attitude
- Flexible availability (weekdays/weekends)
