Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning and communication plans in line with business objectives.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL/digital) to build brand awareness and drive sales.
- Ensure brand guidelines and identity are consistently applied across all touchpoints, packaging and communication.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage brand budgets and evaluate ROI of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, CRM, and Design teams to ensure integrated brand communication.
- Coordinate with external agencies for creative, media and PR activities.
- Track brand performance metrics (brand awareness, recall, equity) and report to leadership.
- Plan and manage new product/collection launches from a brand perspective.
- Manage sponsorships, collaborations and brand partnerships.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
