About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Relationship Manager to drive sales of loan products and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups to close sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0–3 years in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, or Direct Sales.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services is preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
