- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and exchange offers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, and field activities.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with dealership processes.
