The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined scope, time, cost, and quality parameters. The role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, controlling budgets, and ensuring successful project completion while meeting client expectations and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and manage projects from initiation to handover
· Communicate project status, issues, and updates to clients
· Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules
· Track daily progress and take corrective action when required
