Senior AI/ML Engineer (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu
Work Mode: Hybrid
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM IST
We are looking for experienced Machine Learning professionals with strong expertise in Deep Learning, Generative AI, MLOps, Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Cloud Platforms. Candidates with exposure to Insurance-focused AI Solutions and Enterprise AI Development are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI solutions for real-world business challenges.
- Build and optimize LLM-powered Applications, including RAG Pipelines, Copilots, Chatbots, Summarization, and Q&A Systems.
- Develop AI solutions for insurance use cases such as Claims Fraud Detection, Underwriting Support, Risk Scoring, and Intelligent Document Processing using OCR and NLP.
- Build and maintain Data Pipelines, Feature Engineering Workflows, and Production-Ready AI Systems.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs and Embedding Models for domain-specific applications.
- Implement MLOps Best Practices, including Versioning, Scalability, CI/CD, and Deployment Automation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Predictive Modeling, Anomaly Detection, and Feature Engineering.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases (FAISS, Milvus).
- Knowledge of Spark, Airflow, FastAPI/Flask, Docker, CI/CD Pipelines, and Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with MLOps, Experiment Tracking, and Version Control Systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Domain Use Cases, including Claims Processing, Fraud Detection, and Underwriting Analytics.
- Exposure to OCR/NLP Pipelines, Graph-Based Anomaly Detection, and AI Orchestration Frameworks.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Knowledge Graphs, and Enterprise-Scale AI Solution Development.
