About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Agentic AI, and AI model deployment. You will work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to build intelligent applications that solve real-world business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize AI/ML models for production applications.
- Develop AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as CrewAI, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar.
- Fine-tune open-source LLMs using domain-specific datasets.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance.
- Work on NLP, Computer Vision, and multimodal AI applications.
- Deploy AI models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Optimize AI inference for performance, scalability, and cost.
- Integrate AI services with backend APIs and enterprise applications.
- Stay updated with the latest AI research, frameworks, and industry trends.

- Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research are an added advantage.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Diffusion Models, CLIP, VAEs, or GANs.
- Experience in MLOps.
- Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus).
- Experience with AI workflow orchestration.
- Familiarity with multimodal AI systems.
