Services Associate, Account and Engagement Finance Services
As a Services Associate within Account and Engagement Finance Services, you will support project leadership in managing revenue and margins by focusing on the cost of delivery that drives overall engagement profitability. You will build deep financial analysis skills across budgeting, forecasting, billing, and reporting while collaborating with finance professionals across the practice.
As a Services Associate, Account and Engagement Finance Services, you will assist project leadership in managing
revenue and margins by emphasizing the cost of delivery that affects overall engagement profitability. In addition,
you will:

Maintain compliance with clients’ policies, perform internal financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and cost variance analysis, and help manage the billing and receivables process.

Monitor project performance and determine improvement areas by developing key performance indicators.

Communicate frequently with the project team, finance department, and other stakeholders to keep projects on track and within the scope of cost.

Team and collaborate with other finance professionals across the practice, including our practitioners in the US.
As a Services Associate, Account and Engagement Finance Services team works with clients to define project needs
and delivery methods. We use advanced financial and forecasting tools to give precise cost estimates. This helps us
manage project budgets and keep projects on track and within budget.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Solid grasp of core accounting and finance concepts

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities

Effective both independently and in team settings

Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a financial analysis role

Experience with MS Access and MS Project applications

Post Graduate degree
Work Location: Hyderabad (3 days in office for the first 6 months of joining; thereafter 2 days depending on
performance)
Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM
