Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive with 0–2 years of experience to join our team at Foradian (Fedena). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and proficiency in multiple languages to engage effectively with our global clients. This role offers a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to build a career in solution consulting and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations of Fedena tailored to client needs.
- Understand client requirements and align them with Fedena’s capabilities.
- Support the sales team during client interactions and deal closures.
- Prepare solution documents, proposals, and responses to client queries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor solutions.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in multiple languages to interact with global clients.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex solutions for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or ERP solutions.
- Consultative approach with strong client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple demos and client engagements simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
