- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Spark.
- Experience with distributed data processing and real-time analytics using Apache Spark.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to optimize and troubleshoot large-scale data processing workflows.
- Familiarity with integrating Apache Spark with various data storage systems and cloud platforms.
- Competence in writing efficient, maintainable, and scalable code within complex software environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache Spark.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
