We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support and Enquiry Management Executive.
Position Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage customer enquiries, provide excellent customer service, coordinate order requirements, and maintain professional communication across multiple channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, email, and other social media platforms.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, solving customer requirements, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone calls, email, website, and other communication channels.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages and enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gifting solutions.
Provide product information, pricing details, customization options, and delivery information.
Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with Gift Designers and Operations Team regarding customer requirements and order execution.
Maintain enquiry records, customer databases, and communication history.
Assist customers throughout the ordering process and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Manage customer complaints, concerns, and service requests professionally.
Support corporate gifting enquiries and bulk order coordination.
Maintain high response standards across all communication channels.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely updates for customers.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, Telecalling, Front Office, Hospitality, Retail, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.
Comfortable handling phone calls, WhatsApp chats, Instagram messages, and social media enquiries.
Positive attitude and professional communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Special Requirement
Many customer enquiries are received beyond regular office hours, especially during festive seasons, urgent orders, and corporate gifting projects.
Candidates who are comfortable responding to customer messages, handling enquiries, and maintaining communication outside regular office hours when required will be given preference.
This role is best suited for individuals who genuinely enjoy customer interaction, phone communication, WhatsApp conversations, social media engagement, and relationship building.
