Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 2.5+ years of experience in analyzing business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders and translating business needs into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze and document business requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories and functional documentation.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and technical teams.
Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout project delivery.
Track requirements, resolve gaps and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct discussions, meetings and requirement walkthroughs with stakeholders.
Required Skills
2.5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science.
Strong requirement gathering and business process analysis skills.
Experience in preparing functional documentation and user stories.
Strong stakeholder and client communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
