The Business Architect works closely with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.
