Job Purpose
The One Demand Deployment Manager role is critical to ensure successful adoption and value realization of the growing One Demand portfolio across AMEA. As multiple Sales capabilities (TPM, SRM/RGM, DMS, SFA, Retail Execution) and Marketing capabilities (Personalization, Consumer Engagement, Commerce, Media) are deployed across markets, a dedicated deployment leader is required to orchestrate rollout planning, manage cross-functional dependencies, drive market readiness, and ensure consistent execution.
The role provides a single point of accountability between Global Product Teams, Regional One Demand teams, Cluster stakeholders, Markets, Data Integration teams, and implementation partners. It brings deployment rigor through PMX governance, change management, training, cutover planning, hypercare, and benefit tracking, ensuring that investments in One Demand platforms translate into measurable business outcomes. By standardizing deployment approaches, accelerating rollouts, and balancing global standardization with local market needs, this role directly supports faster realization of business value while reducing deployment risk across AMEA
Lead end-to-end deployment delivery of the One Demand portfolio across AMEA, spanning both Sales capabilities (Trade Promotion Management, SRM/RGM, Retail Execution, SFA, DMS) and Marketing Commerce capabilities (Personalization, Media, Consumer Engagement, and Digital Commerce). Drive successful market rollouts through disciplined PMX delivery management, ensuring business readiness, adoption, value realization, and alignment with global product roadmaps.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead DT AMEA Deployment Delivery
o Own deployment planning and execution across One Demand Sales and Marketing capabilities, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, quality, and business outcome commitments.
o Coordinate rollout waves across markets and clusters while managing interdependencies between commercial, consumer, data, integration, and technology workstreams.
2. Drive PMX Delivery Excellence
o Act as Delivery Manager, ensuring PMX ( Mars Project Management Excellence ) methodology is consistently applied across planning, governance, dependency management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and benefits tracking.
o Establish and maintain deployment governance, progress reporting, and executive stakeholder communications.
3. Market Readiness Rollout Management
o Own market readiness assessments, rollout sequencing, deployment playbooks, cutover planning, and go-live execution.
o Ensure business process, data, integration, security, compliance, training, and support readiness before deployment.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
o Serve as the primary deployment interface between Global Product Teams, Cluster BRMs, Markets, Regional Business Teams, Data Integration Teams, Vendors, and Delivery Partners.
o Synchronize TPM, SRM/RGM, Retail Execution, MarTech, Commerce, and other One Demand deployments to minimize disruption to market operations.
5. Change Management Adoption
o Lead change management, communications, training, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
o Drive user adoption and value realization by ensuring local market engagement and effective transition to business-as-usual operations.
6. Value Realization Continuous Improvement
o Track deployment success metrics, business adoption, and realization of expected benefits.
o Identify opportunities to improve deployment templates, rollout approaches, market archetypes, and best practices to accelerate future implementations.
Scope Complexity
- Delivers One Demand capabilities across AMEA markets with significantly different levels of digital maturity, route-to-market models, trade structures, channel dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Balances global platform standardization with regional and local business needs across sales, commerce, and consumer engagement platforms.
- Coordinates multiple concurrent deployments involving business, IT, data, integration, vendors, and global product teams.
- Ensures PMX delivery rigor directly impacts deployment speed, adoption, operational stability, and value realization.
- Operates across consumer-facing and customer-facing platforms where privacy requirements, media ecosystems, languages, and market activation models vary significantly.
- Success requires strong stakeholder management, disciplined execution, change leadership, and the ability to manage complex, interdependent programs across clusters and markets.

This combined role creates a single deployment leadership position accountable for delivering the full One Demand Sales Marketing portfolio across AMEA, ensuring integrated market rollouts, consistent governance, and accelerated value realization.
Job Specifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or any engineering MBA degree preferable
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent project/program management certifications preferred.
Experience
- 8 years of experience in technology delivery, program management, deployment management, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience leading large-scale deployments of Sales tech, Marketing Technology (MarTech), Digital Commerce, CRM, or consumer engagement platforms.
- Experience managing regional or global rollout programs across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, Agile execution, and change management practices.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.
