Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Teacher to teach primary students (Grades 1–3). The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with children, able to create a positive learning environment, and support students in their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach basic subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials
- Manage classroom activities and maintain discipline
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Encourage creativity and participation among students
- Communicate with parents regarding student performance
- Participate in school activities and meetings
Qualifications & Requirements
- degree preferred
- 0–2 years of teaching experience (freshers can also apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
