Position Summary:
The Maintenance Training Coordinator will make all Frontier Maintenance Information System (FMIS) training entries and recordkeeping for Frontier Airlines and all Contract Vendors in accordance with Company and FAA standards and training requirements per the General Maintenance Manual.
Job Responsibilities:
- Update training files of each Tech Ops person to reflect accomplished training.
- Audit all FMIS training inputs for accuracy and completion.
- Verify accuracy of business partners and employees loaded into the Frontier Learning Management System (LMS).
- Upload all new vendor employees into FMIS.
- Assist students with LMS technical issues such as account access and password reset.
- Verify FAA Certificate information for Frontier technicians in the FAA Accident, Incident, and Enforcement (AIE) database.
- Follow policies and procedures, complete administrative tasks correctly and on time.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly and semi annual audits for training compliance.
- Maintain project documentation and station folders to ensure training requirements are completed in a timely and efficient manner and accurate and detailed records are maintained.
- Facilitate build out, loading of course content and troubleshooting of all training material in the LMS and partner with other departments to implement and monitor learning.
- Assist training department staff as required.
- All other duties as reasonably requested by the Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred– General knowledge of course development software and minimum 1 year administrative experience with an LMS (Learning Management System)- Schoox LMS experience highly preferred.
- Preferred-one year of experience with a 121 carrier or 145 repair station.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for up to 9 hours per day.
- Strong Computer Skills (Keyboarding, Microsoft Office programs, web-based applications, internet browsing, filing of e-docs using SharePoint, shared network drives, etc.).
- Ability to understand and perform basic mathematical equations.
- Able and willing to travel in or to the USA as required.
