About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer (Fresher to 1 Year) to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable applications and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Linux, Git, cloud technologies, and automation, with a willingness to learn modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and support Kubernetes environments.
- Monitor and maintain Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Write basic automation scripts using Bash or Python.
- Support infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or Ansible.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment and release processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Git.
- Understanding of Docker, CI/CD concepts, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (SSH, DNS, HTTP).
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Freshers with internships or academic projects in DevOps, Cloud, or Linux are encouraged to apply.
Good to Have
- Exposure to Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, or monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
