Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, digital campaigns, and branding initiatives.
- Create engaging reels, shorts, promotional videos, testimonials, event highlights, and educational content.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to understand content requirements and deliver videos within timelines.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, subtitles, sound effects, and background music to enhance video quality.
- Ensure videos align with IMS brand guidelines and platform-specific best practices.
- Organize and maintain video assets and project files.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, formats, and social media content styles.
Required Skills
- Mandatory: Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good understanding of video editing principles, pacing, storytelling, and color correction.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with editing content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).

- Ability to take feedback positively and implement revisions efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
