Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven MBA freshers from college students to join our team as Trainee Sales and Marketing professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand our suite of IT solutions and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Assist the senior sales and marketing team in prospecting, lead generation, and market research activities.
- Support in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at lead generation and brand awareness.
- Engage in client interactions, presentations, and negotiations under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using our CRM software.
Requirements:
- Recent MBA graduates specializing in Sales and Marketing.
- Strong passion for sales, marketing, and the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
