- Call job seekers and explain caregiver job opportunities.
- Coordinate with caregivers and clients for successful placements.
- Follow up with candidates until they join.
- Maintain candidate records and update daily reports.
- Communicate with field staff and recruitment agents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Support the operations team in arranging caregivers.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
