Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accounts Executive with strong knowledge in accounting, taxation, finance, banking, budgeting, and financial management. The candidate should be capable of independently handling complete accounts and finance operations of the company.
Roles & Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities
- Handle complete bookkeeping and accounting operations
- Maintain General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Trial Balance
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment records
- Handle invoice processing and vendor reconciliation
- Monitor daily accounting transactions and financial accuracy
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation calculations
Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns
- Handle TDS calculations and filings
- Knowledge of Income Tax compliance
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
- Ensure statutory compliance and documentation
- Maintain audit-related records and reports
Finance Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports and MIS reports
- Budget planning and cost control
- Cash flow monitoring and fund management
- Financial analysis and forecasting
- Monitor company expenses and profitability
- Support management with financial decision-making
- Handle banking transactions and loan documentation
- Knowledge of working capital management
Payroll & Administration
- Process employee salaries and reimbursements
- PF, ESI, and payroll compliance knowledge preferred
Required Skills
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Good understanding of financial statements and reporting
- Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills
- Experience with Tally ERP / Busy / ERP software
- Ability to independently manage complete accounts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
- CA Inter preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
