Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, online research, and industry events.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads.
- Sales Outreach:
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition.
- Negotiation & Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to close deals.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and acquisition activities.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of acquisition strategies and adjust as needed.
- Customer Onboarding:
- Assist in the onboarding process of new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide ongoing support and maintain communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹11,056.73 - ₹40,000.00 per month
