We're Hiring – Business Development Manager (SEO Sales)
Location: Mumbai (On-site)
Are you passionate about digital marketing sales and have a proven track record of closing SEO and performance marketing deals? We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for SEO and Digital Marketing services.
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, CXOs, and marketing decision-makers.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate and close high-value SEO and digital marketing retainers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project handover.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in agency sales or digital marketing sales.
- Proven experience in selling SEO retainers and digital marketing services.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Performance Marketing, and Digital Marketing solutions.
- Experience in consultative selling and enterprise/client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and proposal creation.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
Preferred Background
Candidates from leading digital marketing agencies will be preferred.
