Environmental Planning & EIA Support: Contribute to Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and planning consent processes by preparing ecological input sections, baseline descriptions, and technical reports. Assist in evaluating project impacts on biodiversity and incorporate biodiversity and nature recovery considerations into planning documents and ecological impact assessments.
-
GIS Mapping & Spatial Analysis: Use Geographical Information Systems (GIS) (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) to perform spatial analysis and create high-quality maps of ecological features such as habitats, protected species locations, and designated sites. Provide clear visualisations to support environmental reports and decision-making.
-
Data Management & Quality Assurance: Manage and interpret ecological data sets with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and right-first-time delivery. Adhere to high quality standards in data handling, documentation, and reporting.
