Kapil Properties is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executives and Managers to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, cold-calling, and direct engagement.
- Sales & Client Management: Conduct property site visits with prospective clients, address client inquiries, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Education: +2 to Any graduation,
Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Familiarity with real estate CRM tools is a bonus.
