Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day housekeeping operations.
Allocate work duties to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across the workplace.
Maintain housekeeping schedules, attendance, and staff records.
Ensure proper use and availability of cleaning materials and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections of work areas.
Coordinate with management and other departments for housekeeping requirements.
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.
Handle any housekeeping-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in housekeeping supervision.
Good team-handling and coordination skills.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
Basic knowledge of attendance and staff management.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to manage daily operations effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
