Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer with 6 + years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using SQL, Nest.js, React.js, and Node.js . The candidate should be comfortable working on both frontend and backend and take ownership of features end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable frontend applications using React.js
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and NestJs.js
- Design, optimize, and manage SQL schemas , queries, procedure, functions.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Handle cron jobs, background workers, and async processing
- Dockerize applications and support CI/CD pipelines
- Write unit and integration tests
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams
Required Technical Skills
- Frontend: React.js + Vite, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, Tailwind, i18n
- Backend: Nest.js
- Database: SQL
- State Management: Redux / Context API / React Query
- APIs: RESTful APIs
- DevOps: Docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Version Control: Git
- Testing: Jest, Mocha, React Testing Library
- Others: Cron jobs, async processing
Experience & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong hands-on experience with MERN stack
- Experience working on production-grade applications
- Understanding of scalable system design
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
