Position Summary
The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, drive direct bookings, and support revenue growth across all managed properties. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, analytical thinking, and experience in hospitality marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare marketing calendars, campaign plans, and promotional strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Launch marketing strategies for new property onboardings.
2. Brand Management
- Build and strengthen the Spynora Holiday Homes brand.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Develop brand guidelines and marketing collateral.
- Increase brand visibility through online and offline initiatives.
3. Digital Marketing
- Plan and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and display campaigns.
- Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Manage lead generation campaigns.
- Improve website traffic and booking conversions.
- Monitor customer acquisition cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
4. Website & SEO
- Improve website performance and user experience.
- Increase organic traffic through SEO strategies.
- Optimize landing pages for higher conversion.
- Manage Google Business Profile and Local SEO.
5. Social Media & Content Marketing
- Develop monthly content calendars.
- Oversee Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate photography, videography, reels, and promotional content.
- Build influencer partnerships and creator collaborations.
- Ensure high-quality storytelling for every managed property.
6. Property Marketing
- Create customized marketing plans for each managed property.
- Plan seasonal campaigns, staycation offers, and promotional packages.
- Ensure every property receives adequate marketing exposure.
- Coordinate with Sales and Revenue teams for campaign execution.
7. OTA & Distribution Marketing
- Improve property visibility on OTA platforms.
- Ensure listings are optimized with updated photos, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with OTA partners.
- Increase direct bookings while maintaining OTA performance.
8. Performance Analysis
- Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Analyze customer behavior and booking trends.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data and insights.
9. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Executive, Content & Social Media Coordinator, Graphic Designer, and external agencies.
- Set monthly goals and KPIs for the marketing team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
10. Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Allocate budgets across campaigns and channels.
- Ensure efficient use of marketing resources.
- Track marketing expenses and ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
- 3–8 years of marketing experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, villas, or holiday homes is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
