Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage D-Mart and Reliance retail operations across Mumbai and nearby regions. The candidate will be responsible for PO collection, execution, merchandising activities, stock coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with store teams to ensure smooth sales operations and product visibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle PO (Purchase Order) collection and execution for D-Mart stores.
* Manage merchandising activities in Reliance outlets and ensure proper product placement & visibility.
* Coordinate with distributors, warehouse teams, and store managers for timely stock replenishment.
* Ensure product availability and avoid stock-outs at assigned outlets.
* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in stores.
* Maintain strong relationships with store staff and category managers.
* Visit assigned outlets regularly and submit daily visit reports.
* Ensure proper display standards, shelf share, and promotional execution.
* Resolve store-level operational issues promptly.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

* Badlapur
* Kalyan
* Kalamboli
* Nerul
* Ulhasnagar
* Karjat

and nearby locations.

Eligibility Criteria
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG/Retail sales or merchandising.
* Experience handling modern trade outlets like D-Mart, Reliance, Big Bazaar, etc. preferred.
* Good communication and relationship management skills.
* Should be comfortable with field sales and travelling across Mumbai/Navi Mumbai.
* Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
* Two-wheeler preferred.
