Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s daily schedule and appointments
- Coordinate meetings and client follow-ups
- Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence
- Maintain documents, reports, and project records
- Assist in client communication and office coordination
- Support business operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Travel with the Director for meetings when required
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional attitude with a high level of confidentiality
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is preferred
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
