About the Role
We are seeking an AI Innovation & Automation Lead to spearhead our AI initiatives across the business. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities where AI can create value, implementing automation to eliminate repetitive manual work, and enhancing our existing products with cutting-edge AI capabilities.
The ideal candidate will stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, evaluate new AI platforms, recommend the best solutions for our business, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously research, evaluate, and test the latest AI platforms, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Identify manual, repetitive, and labour-intensive processes that can be automated using AI.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and internal automation solutions.
- Develop AI agents and intelligent assistants to improve operational efficiency.
- Recommend and implement AI enhancements for our existing products and customer experience.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts before production deployment.
- Integrate AI APIs and automation platforms into existing business systems.
- Monitor AI trends and advise leadership on emerging technologies and strategic opportunities.
- Create documentation, best practices, and governance for AI implementations.
- Train internal teams on AI tools and promote AI adoption across the organisation.
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Machine Learning, or related technologies.
- Experience in the Real Estate or PropTech industry preferred
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, and other emerging AI tools.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms including n8n, Make, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of AI APIs and integrating AI into existing applications.
- Programming experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Experience building internal tools, business automation, and AI-driven workflows.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing AI solutions within fast-growing businesses.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), vector databases, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and Property Management Systems.
- Experience managing AI projects from concept to deployment.

International Career Opportunity
This role will initially be based at our current office for onboarding and integration into the business. After approximately three months, high-performing candidates may have the opportunity to relocate to our UAE office, subject to performance, business requirements, and the successful completion of the probation period.
