Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Job Summary
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales through calls, emails, and online communication. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting overall revenue growth without field visits.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, emails, and digital platforms
Contact potential and existing customers to understand their requirements
Present and explain products/services clearly to customers
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals in a timely manner
Convert leads into successful sales as per assigned targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead management
Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Lead conversion ratio
Monthly/quarterly sales target achievement
Number of calls and follow-ups completed
Customer response time and satisfaction
CRM data accuracy and updates
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Customer-centric approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / B2B or B2C sales
