We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to support our growth initiatives and expand our client base in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Research target companies, hiring trends, and market opportunities within the US IT industry.
- Schedule and conduct introductory meetings with decision-makers and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to understand client requirements and present suitable staffing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business development reports.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and at least one of the following regional languages:
- Kannada
- Telugu
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, IT staffing, or technology solutions is preferred.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual client meetings.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, MS Office, and email marketing platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, business development, customer service, telecalling, or IT recruitment.
- Knowledge of the US staffing industry and recruitment processes.
- Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
