Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support Workday integrations
- Build and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday Web Services
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather and understand integration requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance
- Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Integrations
- Experience with EIB, Studio, Core Connectors
- Knowledge of Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Experience with XML, XSLT, and data transformations
- Understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financials
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
