We are seeking an experienced and aggressive US Truck Dispatcher to manage our fleet operations. You will be responsible for booking high-paying loads, communicating with US brokers, and coordinating with our drivers in real time.

Key Responsibilities and Required
- Source and negotiate profitable loads using DAT One and Truckstop load boards.
- Set up new brokers, process Rate Confirmations, and handle broker packets.
- Monitor driver ELD logs, tracking links (Samsara/Macropoint), and manage hours-of-service (HOS).
- Resolve transit issues, detentions, layovers, and breakdown logistics.
- Minimum 1–3 years of direct experience dispatching US Sprinter and box truck
- Excellent, fluent English verbal and written communication skills (C1 level preferred).
- Ability to work the US Night Shift (typically 5:30 PM to 3.30 AM IST )
- High-speed, stable home internet connection with power backup (UPS).@
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
