Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR & Admin Manager to oversee the company’s human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, office administration, and executive assistance to the CEO. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely payroll processing.
- Support employee engagement and HR operations activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office staff.
- Manage office supplies, travel arrangements, and administrative requirements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and workplace management.
Executive Assistance to CEO:
- Manage and organize the CEO’s emails, meetings, and calendar schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Draft, review, and respond to emails and correspondence as required.
- Follow up with teams, clients, and stakeholders for updates and coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in HR & Administration.
- Prior experience in handling executive coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
